Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN FLORIDA AND WHERE PROHIBITED. 

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., excluding Florida, who are 21 years of age or older (“Entrant(s)”). Employees and the immediate families of Playtika LTD (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc., d/b/a The A Team (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, along with the employees, officers, directors, members and agents of such entities, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and all facts at any time, and Entrants agree to cooperate in any verification process/request.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 07:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 24, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on December 25, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• Mobile/Online Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, log into your free Slotomania account (“Account”) at com (“Website”) or via the free Slotomania mobile game app (the “App”) to begin earning “Slotobucks” by various means, including purchase of Slotobucks, as well as participating in various in-game activities, such as completing challenges, participating in special events or promotions. The number of Slotobucks available for each designated activity will be disclosed on the Website and in the App. Twenty (20) Slotobucks equals one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If you do not already have a Slotomania Account, follow the instructions at the Website or in the App to create your Account. IMPORTANT: Accessing the Website or App as a “Guest” will not enable you to earn Slotobucks or receive entries into the Sweepstakes. You must log into the Website or App using your free Account to participate in the Sweepstakes.
• Mail-in Entry: To enter for free, and without need to access or engage in activities on the Website or App, neatly handprint on a piece of paper your name, complete address (with ZIP code), age, email address (if available), and daytime telephone number. Then, mail your completed entry in a stamped first-class hand addressed envelope to: Slotomania Ultimate Ride Sweepstakes, PO Box 1468, Social Circle, GA 30025. Each postal submission will be worth twenty (20) entries. Each postal request must be mailed separately, postmarked by December 26, 2024, and received by during the Sweepstakes Period and received by January 3, 2025. Incomplete, illegible, damaged, incorrectly addressed, late, lost, misdirected and postage-due postal entries will not be accepted, acknowledged, or returned.

Limit of thirty (30) entries per person/Account, regardless of entry method.

Any attempt to enter more than ten (10) times by any means, including, but not limited to, use of multiple identities, email addresses, Accounts, or other means, may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings by Sponsor. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, incorrect entries or other sweepstakes materials, all of which are void, or for errors due to computer malfunctions, software errors, transmission problems or interruptions in operations.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address associated with the Account associated with the entry, if applicable. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

4. WINNER SELECTION / NOTIFICATION: Five (5) potential winners will be randomly selected, on or about January 6, 2025, from among all eligible entries received. The Administrator’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the drawing and selection of winners. Entrants irrevocably agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Each potential winner will be notified from rickk@playtika.com using the email address associated with their Account (if applicable) or such other contact information as was supplied at the time of entry for postal entries. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to respond to any winner notification within five (5) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winners, as a condition to receiving any prize, may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release or similar document and complete, sign, and submit to Sponsor or Administrator an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent form with all required information within five (5) days of notification to winner of his/her prize eligibility. If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
5. PRIZES: There are five (5) prizes available:
   Grand Prize (1) – A Chevrolet Trailblazer (“Vehicle”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $24,000.00. Vehicle will be delivered via a dealership in the applicable winner’s area, as determined by Sponsor. Vehicle color and options will be determined by Sponsor. Any picture of the Vehicle in advertising is for illustration only and may not be identical to the prize Vehicle. Vehicle is awarded with the standard warranty provided by the Vehicle’s manufacturer only. Winner is solely responsible for possessing any necessary license, insurance, or other documents to operate the Vehicle, and for any fees or expenses in connection with acceptance or operation of the Vehicle not expressly described herein as being awarded, including, without limitation: (i) title and license, (ii) insurance and registration fees, and (iii) any income taxes due as a result of acceptance of the prize. The Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving their Prize as $24,000.00 payable as a check.

Fifth Prize (1)              5,000 Gems*

* Slotobucks and Gems are Slotomania in-game virtual items, available for free via various in-game actions, with no cash value.

Chevrolet is not a sponsor of or in any way affiliated with the Sweepstakes. Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs with acceptance or use of any prize. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these official rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.

6. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor is not responsible for any (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (b) telephone, computer, mobile device, hardware, software, programming or network malfunction or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (c) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to disruption related to internet traffic, wireless networks, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (d) damage caused by a computer or mobile device related virus or otherwise resulting to any computer or mobile device from such person’s participation in the Sweepstakes whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will post a notice on https://www.slotomania.com and, to the extent possible, winner(s) will be selected from among all eligible entries unaffected by any error that were received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Entries that contain errors or are incomplete or received after the relevant entry period, will not be accepted.
8. Release of Liability: By participating, each Entrant releases Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from any and against  any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and each entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of Nevada, and entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.    

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER ASSOCIATES LEGAL COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT, OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

10. DATA: Any information Entrant submits is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.playtika.com/privacy-notice/. Entrants acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal information, subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use such personal information provided for the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in Sponsor’s referenced privacy policy.
